Due to the current state of emergency the TelefonSeelsorge® (telephone counseling) is busier than ever and offers support to anyone who needs someone to talk to – 24/7 with 7.500 trained volunteers at 104 locations in Germany. In 2020 the team made 1.278.000 phone calls, wrote 44.500 emails and chatted 33.500 times with those affected.
